Every person and family brings a different story and set of needs. Services are designed to offer thoughtful, individualized support that is both relational and responsive to individual challenges.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of concerns, and also help social workers seeking licensure through clinical supervision.
Therapy & Supervision
Support is available for eating disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties. Treatment is individualized and grounded in a collaborative understanding of each person's experiences, strengths, and goals.
-
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, eating disorders, and other personal challenges. Treatment is tailored to each person's goals, strengths, and circumstances.
-
Adolescence can be a time of significant change and stress. I work with teens to build self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges related to emotions, relationships, identity, school, and family life.
-
Family-Based Treatment (FBT) actively involves caregivers in supporting recovery from eating disorders. This evidence-based approach helps families work together to restore health while supporting a young person's development and independence.
-
Parenting is extremely rewarding—and challenging. Parent-focused sessions provide support, practical strategies, and a space to think through concerns related to child development, behavior, communication, and family relationships.
-
I provide clinical supervision for social workers seeking licensure as well as consultation for practicing clinicians. Supervision focuses on clinical development, case conceptualization, ethical practice, and building confidence in the therapeutic process.
